BJORK

So yes i spent about 60$ on the ticket for this amazing show and it was well worth it.

The show was at Deer Lake Park which made it an outdoor mini woodstock. After beeing security checked at the gates i was denied to bring in my umbrella and my friends were their home made hot chocolate.

The opening band was absolutely terrible, some two weirdos from Iceland screaming and yelling about random stuff. I dont think anyone took them seriously. Strange opening act Bjork chose.

I was waiting in the line for the toilets when the entire hill of 8000 people started yelling and screaming as Bjork went on stage. I heard the muffled start of her first some from ( Volta) from behind the toilet, and i ran out to catch the start at which point i saw the entire crowd standing and glowing in excitment.

Bjork went on for about an hour and a half, singing the best of her carrer with some new tracks from Volta album. Started with slow songs at the begining, and ended up in a techno dance crazyness that put everyone in motion. It was wicked. We managed to get her our for few more songs. She didnt say much other than her cute " Thank you". It was a wicked show. Glad i could see it.
